One of the better ways to see the true qualities of someone is by how they treat people with special needs.
I can say this because I have a son with Down Syndrome (who is my best mate) and it is remarkable the wide variety of responses which he can elicit simply by being around. I have seen reactions from disgust to insincere enthusiasm to real honest niceness.
Even though he is her brother it is plain to see the sincerity and true love she has for him.
So here you a have a person who grew up in difficult circumstances helping to support her brother with special needs and whilst doing all that manages to claw her way to the top of her profession while battling against strong anti female sentiment.
I would say that she deserves all the accolades she receives and she should be regarded as true champ.
