    Misdirection by management and then a Russian billionaire put in $100 million. Then he started chopping senior management and replaced them with employees who had backgrounds in the fertiliser industry which is where the Russian made his billions. All available online

    Reading some of the crap from non holders today they would do well selling fertiliser.
