The key word being initially. There are articles about how much more they spent on machinery if you look.
Let's go down your path if you wish. They would have still had to pay $40 million for equipment if they did not get this equipment. Try working out the cost of the machinery as I listed. There are machines there worth millions on their own. Will you still be here at $1?
