The answer to this should have come to you when you were looking at the clarification on what they define semi automation is. I think you are fixated on a drying ‘room’ which will be part of a bigger production line as they move forward. For their initial move into the 1000+ cells during semi automation that used a drying chamber.

So we have now established that they have started semi automation, they have produced over 1000 cells and they have proven that there was a facility in place to dry out these cells.
