I'm not interested in debating who is winning what race. All I said was I think you will find it's 25 yrs granted with the ability to renew for another 25 yrs, i.e. SYR will have to lodge a renewal for a further 25 yrs.

According to their Annual Report (also the ann 23/12/14)...

On the 6th of December 2013, Syrah Resources was granted a Mining Licence by the Mozambique Ministry of Mineral Resources for the Balama Licence. The concession was granted to Twigg Exploration and Mining Limitada (100% owned by Syrah Resources) and has an initial 25 year life. Under Mozambique law an extension of the Mining Licence for a further 25 years is available.
