Hi Pgrace, thanks for the best wishes, re your question, perhaps it's because one minute we seem to be focussing on our high quality Chinese off takes and finance and then we appear to change direction and start chasing Western off takes so that we can get western finance.
That would of course just be in my humble opinion, I can't answer for the downrampers, perhaps they see other issues.
