Do you really think nothing has progressed since Riverstone? You realise that was back in April, yeah?

    just, keeping it simple:
    - they acquired additional equipment from A123. Increasing planned initial production capacity from approx 1GWh to 1.8GWh.
    - They produced their first cell from manual processes
    - Magnis received $20mill from Lind and SBC
    (plus option conversions)
    - iM3NY signed with US Government supplier for US$74 million over 4 years bringing total minimum binding sales agreements to US$729 million or nearly A$1 billion
    - iM3NY cleared out the building
    - Have received all required permits
    - commenced construction of the dry room
    - Have hired a number of personnel
    - Magnis has signed over $1bill of offtakes for its graphite project in Tanzania
    - C4V has made progress with a number of partners, particularly in US and India.

As far as the manufacturing yield, industry standard is 70%. Im3ny has stated initial yield of greater than 70% with yield expected to increase over time with utilisation of AI and other inputs. Also, 3 recycling partners have been qualified for closed loop supply and significantly reduce overall waste.

The share price went from 30c to 70c in a month. This indicated the progress. The drop to 43c was impact of market sentiment, consistent negative media and economic factors....im3ny has not gone backwards in development since October.

If you really think no progress has been made, why do you hold?
