MNS signed countless MOUs in the past and many didn’t progress further.

but still A step in the right direction and good to see them still trying to work on something to pull a rabbit out of the hat compared to not.

little confusing announcement but my understanding is this is an existing battery manufacturer (China based) that’s currently selling batteries to tier 1 EV and ESS companies ( would be good if they shared the names of who they are currently selling batteries too)

and now MNS will or has identified some projects from its network to do a JV for projects to sell some batteries and bring in revenues.

We just need more details like:

-What projects and what revenues? How much and what’s the projected profit for mns, how long timeline to completed

- is this tech proven to work? Who is currently using these batteries which tier 1 EV and ESS are using the batteries and for how long ? ( if it’s used by someone big good sign imo)

-Why not try for JV for IM3 payout the debt and allow them to increase its battery capacity from 34 to 45 as stated or give us money for the mine if it’s Fortune 500 company or a JV for the mine

- we need 1 hour interview wi Frank and Hoshi to give us an update on everything SH need details more than ever given the nonsense what’s happened.
