anyhow stated there that its for short term cash flow so lets see where this lands - probs in the tip as previous ANN's. Could well be something in management 101 that has been overlooked again!!!!

anyhow no word on the finance so IMO thats cooked.

top 20 may yet walk away with nachu if that secured the loan. but given the horrendous interest rate (thanks guys) that would normally mean no security or concerns about security. not wanting to think that they want to take it all - cash and assets! surely not!
