No, I don't believe so. From my own research, this private company was set up as a shelf company with $100 capital.

And looks like it remained dormant from 2021, until recently.

The person behind it, is the only director, only secretary and only shareholder, behind this $100 capitalized company.

Further, this person (under 30 years old) works for this private capital company which specializes in short term loans.

That's all I have, at this stage.
