There is no "day in court" This is cloud cuckoo land. Magnis (whether they should use shareholders money or not) has put in a request to get a whole raft of "usernames" from hot copper. That's it.
Nothing else has happened.
Maybe they will get them maybe not.
Regardless it wont be Magnis company money funding any action.
Watch out, it may open that whole can of worms for all the real personal defamatory statements with names posted about former Magnis employees and directors...
