    RIO would not mind some uncertainty around MMK as takeover entity...35c counter offer is a relief for a lot of people.:-)...but it was not 2 days ago.

    I believe MMK will still be able to pay 30 cent in march...and I also belive a counter bid by RIO before christmas..
