    As Taboon says -

    All the announcement means is that the legal proceedings will now progress to a court hearing on 25 April 2012, if there are no further submissions.

    Ny bet is for an out of court before that date. Remember last time MMK were up against the ENRC and that settled quickly.

    Very clear. We are in the same position as we were before the announcement when we were going to court on the 25th.
