    Keep in mind... offtakers are not going to ink deals when there's no certainty the project will get up an running, without complete regulatory approval. MB did an amazing job to get Meridian to sign on the dotted line when we were so far from the finish line! Now there are no excuses to get BTAs signed in 2017... I have great belief in GVs words "moving to finalise firm offtake agreements" ! We are real close my friends... relax and see you all in Bora Bora
