Nope. I have never disputed the possibility of a CR. What I have said consistently is there are other options.

Actually there was:

"Greg Vesey stated in the last Conference Call that a capital raise will take place before the re-domicile."

This is the misinformation you posted. He said they would be likely to raise "liquidity", which is not necessarily a capital raise.
