I guess that's one problem mw, the other one involves the rules around listing on the NASDAQ. Re-domiciling is something the company has thought about for years and doesn't involve confidentiality around signing SPA contracts. There is no reason that they wouldn't have this information and no reason that share holders shouldn't be able to know the process, where it's at, and the issues involved. Think of it this way, you, I and many others have been owners of this company long before the current CEO and CFO and if they were doing their jobs I would expect they would know this information and be transparent about it!!!!
