IMO, I think Magnolia knows that the only way they are getting their money out is by taking this over. The part I am stuck on is why the board is not engaging with them. I have a very small position and feel the pain of trying to get out.

I guess the only way we will know if Magnolia is interested is if they follow through.

Or hope that their offer brings forward offers from other interested parties?

Anyone who has read the offer and the way it has been done has got to be asking how serious is this offer?

Something just doesn't make sense to me.
