Neil also said he was confident about receiving an offtake agreement last quarter and getting a deal done for Biochar.
Seems to be a consistent theme when Neil is confident about something, he sets a timeline, we all wait and then nothing get announced.
So many Irons in the fire, yet nothing to report on for months at time.
If they are actually working hard behind the scenes, they are doing a horrible job of keeping investors up to date.
