according to latest announcement mahalo south will produce 60,000 Tj/ day and the plant capacity will be 80,000. We own 40% of south and 100% of north.
above calcs assume $8 price of gas but forecast is $12.
we should have reserves for 12 years at this flow rate.
revenue is $128m a year and nPv of cashflow for 12 years is 875m at 10% discount rate. Not sure of costs to produce gas or build plant.
