The maiden coal intercept TH news washed out with 1000s of other companies quarterly reports during month end. TPL should have announced week later or before. I think market was expecting placement and didn't bother to buy on news. However, company spent about 400k for drilling (cost also include admin) and 1.5million left on bank, I don't think company needs to raise CR soon. Better coal sample results should boast SP in coming weeks.
