Small parcels (even as low a $1 parcels) are signs that the institutions and their bots are hovering around the stock. Its only retail traders who have that $500 minimum parcel restriction.
If the bots are hovering, its usually a sign that someone with money wants to buy in, or sell out.. I personally dont believe there is any reason why an exisitng institutional shareholder would want out.
