I am in agreeance with your patprice. I just think that given the "hidden" holding they will be able to hide the dividend so we will not be able to deduce what their actual shareholding in BCI is from the dividend receipt in their books.
This type of holding is problematic for us non insto SH's and ranks up there with the bot trading in my opinion.
