Strayda,In theory you are right but the sp will IMO be marching upward so a buy now with a dividend locked in should prove to be a bargain. Also we know this company will increase revenue whether through court or settlement action on at least 3 fronts, the german supreme court has validated the SAR patent, the US court has validated both the Stat Mux patent and the patent involving ORACLE. Then maybe Nearmap may be the one that also produces an on-going revenue stream.
Also,IPR is also already cashed up with no debt at a time when cash is king.
Expect the business media to cover this story tomorrow and sentiment will turn fully positive on the stock. Watch for the swoop as it it sinks that the stock is still currently trading below its existing cash in the bank value.
Perhaps 357s $1 musing may yet become a reality.
