James probably doesn't even know what a JORC is! His specialty is the environmental side & getting the PASS Deal. Which is over, apparently was just bad luck, nobodies fault - according to Kevin Perrin.
James doesn't have any mining experience or expertise, but he is apparently good at taking out the garbage. NAGs has accumulated quite a bit, though the biggest peice of garbage is yet to be removed.
