The entire industry and extractives are being reviewed. One thing for sure Bonds will NOT go down. Last review/payment of Bond was 2010. Expect a decent increase in Bond to be posted.
However from memory, NAG used to claim in their reports that the Bond (Bank Guarantee) was an asset. Have never seen another company count the Rehab Bond as an asset
