The only thing still to note re the takeover is that CUO shares have not yet been issued for the 5% of MXX shares acquired via compulsory acquisition.

This still amounts to quite a few new CUO shares that will be held by people who may not particularly want them.

So, when they are issued in the next couple of weeks, I wouldn't be surprised to see further selling pressure for a while.
