The performance shares structure was clearly laid laid out in the initial prospectus and the share price rose to circa 50c with every investor having access to that knowledge, so based on that I find it difficult to believe that it's a cause for decline in sp.
Also your comment about other explorers having experienced a 25% drop in sp is far too generalised to be a contribution to the conversation on the valuation of this stock.
