You are not wrong, it just isn't proven yet. Your estimates is just your targeted view on the resource size for which you have based on evaluation on. David is just tracking actuals and based on the limited drills we've done to date, the results are fantastic.
Based on his calcs, you can clearly see how underdrilled many of the CC faults are, so expect the resource to grow with each drill.
Luckily, the deposit is not a drill heavy one to define a resource.
