Dave doesn't need everyone to email him asking on a time frame for the Noveda purchase, if he had any updates on the timeline it would have been announced to the market.
Whilst reading the comprehensive reply above you would have seen that Dave wants this transaction to be completed as much as all of us, emailing him to 'hurry up' isn't going to change the result.
