I’m a German investor and I would like to ask you some questions:


In a quarterly report you mentioned that you have received a cash injection of $122.5 M from Deutsche Bank.

Can you give me a short history about planned and already realized steps based on the capital raising?

The capital raising was for a small amount of working capital but mostly for corporate acquisitions and growth strategies. DB considered Crescent well placed for a robust gold play and was happy to make the placement based on their long term views of the gold commodity price and the probable consolidation in the industry.

We have a number of acquisition targets that we are focusing on that should deliver good growth and subsequent capital gains.


What about the planned spin off with Uranium West?
Can we expect the spin off in February or do you need more time for this process?

This is still a major focus for us. It is taking a little time to get ASX and TSX approvals and the structuring right – but we will be aiming to get the vehicle separately listed as soon as possible.



In the last quarterly report you mentioned an indicated mineral resource totaling 20.1 million tonnes at 1,5 grams per tonne for 953,000 ounces gold and an inferred mineral resource of 10,4 million tonnes at 1,4 grams per tonne gold totaling 479,000 ounces gold.
Can we expect an expansion of indicated or alternatifely inferred resources in the next time?

We are having very good exploration success. We will no doubt increase our resource base in all categories and improve our mine life.



Is it planned to overtake another company in the near future or to acquire further territories?

Most likely – as per your first question. This is the intent for the DB placement capital. I would expect that something should be transacted in the very near future.

It would be very nice if you can give me a contemporary reply.
