Appreciate your input on this as you have a better grasp of the issues than I do. If you drop me a line in the next few days we'll have plenty of time to get this organised.

I think that a mail-out will result in a decent amount of media coverage, and hopefully will provoke a written response from CER management, as well as start shareholders asking more questions concerning this.

The hedge funds/lenders have got their piece from CNP... they have no right to demand an extra helping from CER as well.
