Yes, for "potential" class action, the market valued SRF at current share price. What do you think the impact to the share price once the class action is "confirmed"?
I was not SRF share holder previously, hence not part of the class action. Can't blame the previous shareholders as well, the management did selective briefing prior to official announcement, which gave those bunch of people advantage over the market. They might even participated in shorting the share which results in the ex-shareholder massive loss.
IMHO, I believe that there is strong ground for the class action. I am highly interested to see how things progress seeing the potential class action amount which is unbearable for the company. Will considering a big volume purchase for this stock PROVIDED that the class action hit the wall!
