    I was referring to the price at these levels. It'll be interesting who will be better off (the buyer or seller) in say 2-5 years time from now. I am putting my money on the buyer and I'm happy to take the risk others are not.

    I also have to laugh every time someone tries to compare BAL to SGH lol
