Would there be a severance penalty clause in the Fonterra contract if someone took over more than 30% of BAL. It'd probably be better to axe the Fonterra contract altogether anyway as BAL had higher volume sales back when they only had Bega, so Bega's processing capacity for BAL is adequate for current sales. Given the huge inventory build, they wouldn't even be utilising Bega to its capacity.
