MAIN UNDERTAKING??????

I believe the main undertaking is "Syntonic Brazil"

Currently it is the only thing of value.

I have asked the company what is the "main undertaking" that is to be sold.

The response " SYT will inform what the "definition of the main undertaking is" when it releases to the !!!!

I have told them that this is an unacceptable answer, and have asked why there is a need for a "definition"

If I am right and they are attempting to sell off Syntonic Brazil , then Iwould like to ask any and all here.

How many votes are required to stop the sale?

Does anybody know if RA is still a Board member?
(noticed that he no longer lists being a director of SYT on web sites)


Has GG moved to Brazil ?

Why has he moved to Brazil?

Are the Patents being sold off?

Does SYT have any claims to the patents"
