As far as the USA we are not going to “finance” any USA mine. We are going with Blue Line/Lynas but also want another alternative(s).
IMHO, I don’t think it will be Alkane. Hastings maybe. Arafura likely. I think both our govts will give financing in the terms of giving government low interest loans backed with some sort of combination of subsidies.
I doubt it will just be a check. Either way, it’s looking good for several Aussie rare earth miners.
