Funds administration company MainstreamBPO is seeking to raise $10 million in an initial public offering which would value the company at up to $35 million.
MainstreamBPO, advised by Blight Capital Securities and law firm Sekel Oshry, provides administration services to investment managers and superannuation fund trustees and share registry services for exchange traded funds.
The company is seeking to raise up to $10 million at 40¢ a share. The offer would see existing shareholders retain up to 70 per cent of the company and shares would start trading on the ASX on September 23.
MainstreamBPO was co-founded by former management consultants Byram Johnston and Martin Smith.

Johnston, who is chairman and managing director of MainstreamBPO, was managing partner at Andersen Consulting in Sydney and has held chairman roles of ASX-listed companies Greencap and Powerlan.
Smith, chief executive officer of one of MainstreamBPO's units FundBPO, was formerly a manager at Anderson Business Consulting and financial controller of Liquorland.
The company is seeking to raise the funds by September 15, according to a prospectus lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
