I presume you mean current nxr management being Mute ? if so thats the great concern as they have gone from happy to talk to . to not returning messages as many have found out, not only disrespectful but lowers confidence,
As i have speculated they have had only one plan and ignored previous interested parties, which everyone can draw their own conclusions from.
Again believe WBT have hands tied due to contractual commitments signed when first approached and sign agreements with NXR. They may have had a gag clause in their.
A change in directors will unlock these restrictions to some extent .
I am still amazed at how the two Ps allowed someone not endorsed by shareholders and at the direction of someone who sold out to direct the anncs made and the course which we have painfully been forced to endure. That at the very least needs further investigation at a later date.

I think the discussions of late regarding acting as one to enable control to be taken back by those with the most time invested and with possible substantial holdings is our only way forward in my view ,if OB 123 is correct suggests at some stage they took action to improve and protect their interests. if it ever came to where we are now. Combined with our HC members holdings change is possible. Approx 16 HC posters made contact some disclosed with sizable holdings . To ensure a positive outcome we must act together as I think we will only get one chance to make this change.

My guess is WBT may be waiting on final results or securing short term financing to enable to meet ASX requirements to relist. if Observer 123 correct in his calcs on WBT holdings in NXR then if we act with the same goals we all share. then I feel a little more comfortable.
IMO The best outcome , change of board after positive results, relist , then steady flow of deals negotiated over next 12 months and all should fall into place.
I have now doubt WBT are not sitting in their office waiting for something to happen, more liking working on a plan to take back control, and wasnt that the original plan to merge and become one.
