Thank you for your post.
Like you I am frustrated. But small caps are generally out of favour and as you say CNQ is off the radar as there is no concrete key announcements.

We have a Sept quarter report due out next week and the AGM on 15 Nov so I am confident the NEW board and the CEO will be under pressure to close a funding deal considering the letters of intent and cornerstone investor/s already announced. (Therefore is assume the directors are not buying)

I always try to remain positive in this current risk adverse market.
