It is Apache that makes the rules here. What TAP or anyone else has to say is largely irrelevant.
My understanding is that Apache has other items on its WA agenda that are more important than Maitland and Maitland is an afterthought if they have any spare drilling slots.
Don't expect anything to happen this year, and frankly I would say next year is not likely either.
