The biggest shareholder over the past two weeks has been selling large volumes of shares forcing the price down making the market uneasy about paying up. He was taken out at the close with the majority of shares going to other major shareholders. Now we should see this stock return to reasonable levels quite quickly once people realise that the stock is not on the market. Messina due diligence has been finished so we are now waiting to see how this deal is going to be completed. This should be very soon as they have ben given to the end of July to finalise the transaction and they will have to call an EGM to get shareholder approval for the transaction due to the size of the deal. So I would expect an announcement out very shortly. It would be very nice to see the vendors take some stock as payment. We will have to wait and see
