Can you shed some light on the terms on the $1-million Convertable note which is due to expire in June, what is the "recievable" this note was secured against?
Its on public record that Barton Capital has already indicated a commitment to financing the Messina project although the exact terms with the vendor haven't yet been agreed. I would hate to see a royalty system they have previously spoken about on production greater than 20,000c/year being agreed to, much better to re-negotiate a slightly higher purchase price? Have you any news as to whether Barton capital is still commited to financing the project.
Also, do you know what on earth ever happened to the 123c "Matilda" diamond; Last info I have on it was that it was being fasioned into dice to be sold to a casino, did this ever happen?
