The $1 million convertable note was secured by the $1 million final payment from Matrix metals for the copper projects which is due at the end of June.

In regards to Matilda I do know that the diamond was not worth much what so ever and that one of the ideas was to cut it into a dice and sell it however I do not know whether this has happened. Probably being used as a door stop to stop the door from hitting Muffet on the bum as he exited the stock in such a hurry over the past few days. In regards to the project being funded by Barton Capital as far as I know they are still able to fund the project. I do know that Charles has been having in depth talks with the vendors of Messina about a week ago so I am expecting an announcement very soon. It would be very nice if the vendors took some script and the rest is raised in the way of a con note.

Monday could be a very interesting day.
