The shareholders has definately finished his selling. His last lot was on Thursaday right on the close. There are always going to be buyers and sellers in a market place (I don't know how many times i have sold a stock a couple of days before a big run lol). However I think this week we should see the finalisation of the Messina project. The buyers from this week should reap a big reward. The nice thing about what happened was that the majority of the stock has been bought by the bigger shareholders who will hold onto the stock as they believe in the future direction that this company is taking.
