For those who doubt, IMO HrH is clearly deadly serious. IMO ARV is viewed as a cheap and effective entry point for the glitterati.
If Winu comes off then the could turn out really well. I need to check but I suspect the land has a great deal less cover on it. I think RTR has land nearby that basically outcrops.
