So Xstrata valued its tenement at 15% of AVB MC which is about $11m.

Is it AVB buying the tenement with share issue rather than Xstrata investing in AVB?
15% new shares is a 15% dilution in fact. The question is whether the new shares will be escrowed or if Xstrata will cash in by selling?
Do we know the intention of Xstrata?
Don't forget The tenement still needs to be drilled
