very good result I think. That grim reaper debt is going although obvious dilution comes with it
TZ Limited (the "Company" or “TZL”) is pleased to announce that it has today entered into a
binding Letter of Intent with QVT Fund LP and Quintessence Fund L.P. (the "QVT Funds") to
convert all of the convertible notes held by the QVT Funds into new ordinary shares in the
Company and waive interest that is to accrue on the convertible notes.
