With the debt on the convertible notes that TZ had, the shareprice was effectively diluted anyway. I feel for those who shelled out at 42c on the promise of good times. It may well be that with the notes gone, that TZ can break the shackles and push back to 42c and above.
I'm glad to see the back of notes and the interest that goes with them which contributes significantly to annual losses. At an issue price for the notes of 18c, is that not a signal that TZ and QVT think the current 14c SP is underdone?

Now if only we could reduce the directors' salaries and travel costs too....
