ASX continuous disclosure rules
"Once an entity is or becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person wouldexpect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity’s securities, the entity must immediatelytell ASX that information".
The reason BIT have not released this information to the ASX is because a reasonable person would not expect this paper to have a material effect on the price or value of BIT's securities!
