I can't see the logic of raising capital at $5-$6 per share for a company that is still proving up a resource. It is high risk in the capital market and high risk when UN members are negotiating to ban mining investments in Eritrea.
Once the resource is proven and FBS completed, then the company can bring in a partner and let them pay for the capex at $5-$6 per share. This way the loyal shareholders stand to benefit.
It is painful to see the SP taken down, but true believers will snap up the shares happily.
